| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice periferní parézy nervus medianus se zaměřením na syndrom karpálního tunelu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o nervu, jeho poškození, vyšetřovací metody a možnosti fyzioterapie. Cílem praktické části bylo sledovat účinky fyzioterapeutické intervence na diskriminační čití, svalovou sílu a jemnou motoriku u pacientů se syndromem karpálního tunelu a zjistit nejčastější problémy spojené s touto diagnózou před a po rehabilitační léčbě. Pro zodpovězení těchto otázek bylo využito kazuistického šetření a ankety. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis discusses the issue of peripheral paresis of the median nerve with a focus on carpal tunnel syndrome. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge about the nerve, its damage, examination methods and physiotherapy options. The aim of the practical part was to monitor the effects of physiotherapy intervention on discrimination sensation, muscle strength and fine motor skills in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome and to find out the most common problems associated with this diagnosis before and after rehabilitation treatment. To answer these questions, an investigation using case studies and a survey was used. |
