| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je elektronizace veřejné správy v České republice a eGovernment. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol a dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy jako veřejná správa či eGovernment a je zde také nastíněn vývoj elektronizace veřejné správy v ČR a její legislativní rámec. Dále je zde rozebírána problematika konkrétně realizovaných projektů a eGovernment z pohledu Evropské unie. Praktická část zahrnuje výzkum mapující přístupy veřejnosti a zaměstnanců veřejné správy k předmětu práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this thesis is the electronization of public administration in the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into five chapters and also into two parts, which are the theoretical part and the practical part. There are explained terms as public administration or eGovernment and its symbol, historical elements, legislation in the theoretical part. There is also a chapter about electronization of public administration in the European Union. The aim of the last chapter and also of the practical part was to find what is the real opinon of citizens and public administration empoyees on the degree of digitalization and electronization of public administration in the Czech Republic. |
