Abstract in different language: | The paper discusses a recently published decision in the Collection of Judicial Decisions and Opinions of the Supreme Court under No. 84, which dealt with the issue of unequal treatment of employees and the relevant circumstances in assessing the adequacy of monetary compensation for non-pecuniary damage. The value of the decision can be found not only in the fact that, in a legal sentence published in the Collection of Judicial Decisions and Opinions, it resolved the question of what legal regulation governs the legal means of protection against unequal treatment of employees, and at the same time contributed to further interpretative aspects in assessing the question of the adequacy of compensation for non-pecuniary damage, but also in the fact that it defined in fact the types of behaviour of an employer towards an employee which may have the characteristics of bossing. |
