| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů souvisejících s tématem a to konkrétně veřejná správa, uzemní samosprávné celky nebo komunikace a komunikační strategie. Dále se jednotlivé pojmy vkládají do souvislostí s moderní elektronickou veřejnou správou, které se věnuje velká část práce. Autor dále popisuje eGoverment a jeho prvky. Praktická část je věnovaná hlavně zjištění povědomí o tématu u občanů města Litoměřice, kterých se komunikace týká nejvíce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the explanation of terms related to the topic, namely public administration, local government units or communication and communication strategies. Furthermore, the individual concepts are put in the context of modern e-government, which is the focus of a large part of the thesis. The author further describes eGovernment and its elements. The practical part is mainly devoted to finding out the awareness of the topic among the citizens of Litoměřice, who are most concerned with communication. |
