| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je srovnání pohledů studentů a absolventů na kvalitu a přínos oboru Učitelství pro mateřské školy vzhledem k praxi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné vymezení pojmu kvalitní vysoká škola, na pohled na vnitřní evaluační proces na ZČU a na krátké přiblížení oboru Učitelství pro MŠ. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak, a případně v čem, se liší pohledy studentů a absolventů na přínos oboru. Otázkou také bylo, jak jsou které předměty užitečné. V práci jsou zpracovány názory osmnácti respondentek, z čehož je čtrnáct studentek a čtyři absolventky studia. Výzkumnou metodou byla tzv. autorská půlhodinka, na kterou navázala tzv. focus group. |
| Abstract in different language: | Topic of this thesis is to compare the perspectives of students and graduates on the quality and contribution to the field of Teaching kindergarten due to practice. The theoretical part is focused on the general definition of quality high school, to look at the internal evaluation process for UWB and short-field approach to Teaching kindergarten. The aim of this study was to determine how, and if, so what are different perspectives of students and graduates in the contribution to the industry. Another question was how the objects are useful. In this thesis are processed opinions of eighteen respondents, of which fourteen were students and four graduates. The research method was called copyright half hour, which was followed by the focus group. |
