| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce prezentuje problematiku spastického syndromu u pacientů s DMO. Poukazuje na změny, které s sebou spasticita přináší a které pacienta omezují v každodenním životě. Dále také na její projevy, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Všem těmto aspektům je věnována první část této práce. Druhá část je zaměřena na canisterapii jako možnou alternativní metodu léčby psychických, sociálně - integračních, citových a fyzických problémů. Práce má za cíl svým obsahem seznámit s konkrétním využitím canisterapie při terapii pacientů trpících spastickým syndromem. Zhodnotit vhodné využití jednotlivých metod a jejich účinky na pacienta. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with problems of spastic syndrome by patients suffering from cerebral palsy. It points out to changes that come with spasticity and that limit the patient in his everyday life. It also focuses on symptoms, diagnosis and treatment possibilities. First part of this thesis is dedicated to all of these acpects. Second part focuses on canistherapy as a possible alternative method of treatment of mental, social-integrative, emotional and physical problems. The work aims to familiarize reader with specific use of canistherapy in treating patients with spastic syndrome. In conclusion it evaluates appropriate use of individual methods and their effects on the patient. |
