| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá systémem daně z přidané hodnoty v České republice s důrazem na režim přenesení daňové povinnosti u stavebních a montážních prací. V první části je na základě analýzy zákona o DPH poskytnut výklad hlavních vlastností a charakteristik daně z přidané hodnoty a v návaznosti na to je definován režim přenesení daňové povinnosti podle evropské směrnice Rady 2006/112/ES a českého zákona o dani z přidané hodnoty. Druhá polovina práce je koncipována jako metodická příručka s cílem poskytnout informace nezbytné ke správné aplikaci systému přenesení daňové povinnosti v praxi. Specifické problémy vyskytující se u stavebních a montážních prací jsou v této části nejprve teoreticky definovány a následně variantně řešeny pomocí případových studií. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work deals with the system of value added tax in the Czech Republic and put emphasis on the reverse charge for construction and assembly services. The first part provides an interpretation of the main features and characteristics of value added tax, based on the analysis of the Value Added Tax Law. Along with this interpretation, the reverse charge under the european Council Directive 2006/112/EC and the czech Law on Value Added Tax is defined. The second part of this thesis is designed as a methodical manual of which the main purpose is to provide all the information necessary for the correct application of the reverse charge system in practice. Also in this section, the specific problems occurring in connection with construction and assembly works are at first theoretically defined and subsequently with that, their variant solving is demonstrated by means of case studies. |
