RP, jehož cílem byla kromě jiného podpora rozhodnutí Evropské komise o otevřeném přístupu k publikovaným výsledkům projektů financovaných Evropskou komisí mezi vědeckou komunitou v Evropě. Šlo o projekt, do něhož byly zapojeny všechny členské země EU a Norsko.
