| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce mapuje úroveň znalostí fotbalových trenérů žákovských kategorií. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretická část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska, druhy sportovního tréninku, jednání trenérů, tréninky mládeže jednotlivých věkových kategorií a rozdíly tréninku dětí a dospělých. Praktická část vychází z dotazníku. Podrobný rozbor hodnotí celkem 16 otázek na základě odborné literatury. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis presents the level of knowledge of young junior coaches. The thesis consists of two parts theoretical part is focused on theoretical basis, types of sport training, coaches acting, the way of junior trainings of particular age classes and the difference between junior and adult training. Practical part is based on the questionnaire and its results. The detailed description evaluates 16 questions on the basis of scientific literature. |
