| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zabývá českou ekonomickou transformací. Konkrétněji pak fiskální politikou v tomto období. První část se věnuje výchozím podmínkám české ekonomiky. Druhá část zkoumá transformační strategii a její cíle. Třetí část sleduje dění v oblasti fiskální politiky v letech 1990-2004. Čtvrtá část subjektivně hodnotí fiskální politiku uplatňovanou v době ekonomické transformace a vybrané související problémy. Čtenář by měl v závěru zjistit, jak fiskální politika ovlivňovala průběh ekonomické transformace. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with the Czech economic transformation. It analyzes fiscal policy in this period more specifically. The first part describes initial conditions of the Czech economy. The second part examines the transformation strategy and its goals. The third part monitors history of fiscal policy in the years 1990-2004. The fourth part assesses fiscal policy applied in period of the economic transformation from the author's view. In the end, the reader should see how fiscal policy influences the process of economic transformation. |
