| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá uzavřením manželství v České republice a stejně tak i v jiných státech. Tato práce obsahuje základní informace o dokladech, které musí být k uzavření manželství doloženy. Nedílnou součástí jsou také podmínky, jež musí být splněny, aby manželství bylo platné na základě právních předpisů ČR. Mimo zákonných práv a povinností jsem zde také uvedla i základní přehled sňatečných obřadů ale i jiných způsobů uzavření manželství. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deals with closure of marriage in the Czech republic and in other states as well. This work contain basic information about documents, which must to be to closure of marriage submitted. Integral parts are also conditions, that must to be met in order for marriage to be valid by legal order of Czech republic. Besides legal rights and obligations, I added basic overview wedding ceremonies as well as other ways of closure of marriage. |
