| Abstract: | Práce se snaží zachytit proces sekularizace napříč dějinným vývojem na území historických českých zemí od roku 1918 do současnosti. Autor se pak zaměřuje zejména na vliv tohoto fenoménu na právní řád a jeho následné působení na společenské vztahy a státoprávní uspořádání. Práce se tak snaží poskytnout komplexní pohled na vývoj v oblasti církví a náboženských společností v našich podmínkách a vysvětlit důvody vzniku českého unika - státu ve střední Evropě s velkým podílem lidí bez náboženského vyznání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis tries to capture the process of secularization across the historical development on the territory of the historic Czech lands from 1918 to the present. The author focuses on the impact of this phenomenon on the legal system and its consecutive effect on social relations and constitutional arrangements. The work aims to provide a comprehensive view of the development of churches and religious communities in our country and explain the reasons for the Czech situation - state in the central Europe with a large percentage of people without denomination. |
