| Abstract: | Diplomová práce shrnuje problematiku odpovědnosti za škodu v oblasti poskytování právních služeb ? advokátů, notářů a soudních exekutorů. Práce identifikuje základní předpoklady odpovědnosti za škodu: protiprávnost, resp. porušení povinnosti jednotlivých právnických profesí, vznik škody a příčinnou souvislost mezi nimi. Práce se zabývá charakterem odpovědnosti a poskytuje přehled aktuální judikatury k tématu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis summarizes the issue of liability in the field of legal services providers - attorneys, notaries and bailiffs. The work identifies the basic assumptions of liability: illegality, respectively infringement of their legal duties, the damage and the causal link between them. The work deals with the nature of the liability and provides an overview of current case law on the topic. |
