| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout nejvýznamnější pojmy a teorie týkající se výkonové motivace a emocí. Velký důraz je kladen na srozumitelnost textu i pro laiky, aniž by tím byla negativně ovlivněna kvalita obsahové stránky. Bakalářská práce popisuje motivaci, významné teorie motivace, motivy, potřeby a dále uvádí přehled základních výkonových potřeb společně s jejich charakteristikou. V práci je též věnován prostor emocím, jejich definici a složkám. Se zvláštním zřetelem jsou zde zmiňovány strach a úzkost, jelikož se jedná o významné motivátory lidského chování. Je zde popisován vztah mezi emocemi a motivací s důrazem na vliv úzkosti na výkon. Poslední kapitola obsahuje přehledovou studii, zaměřenou na výzkumy v oblasti behaviorálně aktivačního a inhibičního systému a na možnosti využití BIS/BAS škály pro testování nejen dospělých, nýbrž i dětí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the most important terms and theories related to achievement motivation and emotions, emphasising the understandability of the text even for laymen, without jeopardizing the quality of the content. The thesis describes motivation, important motivation theories, motives and needs, and lists basic achievement needs with their descriptions. The thesis describes emotions, their definition and components, especially considering fear and anxiety, since these are important motivators of human behaviour. The relation between emotions and motivation is also described, emphasising the influence of anxiety on overall achievement. The last chapter contains overview study. This study is focused on the research in the field of behavioral activation and inhibition systems and also on the possibilities of using BIS/BAS scales for testing not only adults, but children as well. |
