| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského záměru pro konkrétní podnik. První část se týká úvodu do problematiky podnikání a rovněž jsou zde uvedeny základními pojmy související s podnikáním. Druhá část práce se zabývá rozdíly mezi právními formami podnikání a volbou nejvhodnější formy pro zmíněný podnik. Následuje popis klíčových kroků při zakládání podniku a vymezení pojmu fitness-centrum. V neposlední řadě se práce zaměřuje na konkrétní podnikatelský plán zastřešující popis poskytovaných služeb, analýzu zákazníků, analýzu rizik či konkurence. Nechybí ani marketingové a obchodní strategie, velmi důležitý výstup ve formě finančního plánu a potenciál dalšího rozvoje podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with drawing up a business plan for a specific business entity. The first part deals with an introduction to business issues and also there are the basic terms related to business. The second part is focused on differences between the legal forms of business and choosing the most appropriate form for the company in question. This part is followed by the description of the key steps in the start-up and the definition of "fitness-center". Finally, the work focuses on specific business plan including the description of provided services, customer analysis, risk analysis and competitor analysis. There is also a marketing and sales strategy, an important output in the form of a financial plan and the potential for further development of the company. |
