| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je poskytnutí přehledu používaných ovládacích elektromagnetů, provedení návrhu stejnosměrného válcového elektromagnetu, numerický výpočet statické tahové charakteristiky a optimalizace tohoto návrhu. Numerické výpočty rozložení magnetického pole a statické tahové charakteristiky jsou provedeny metodou konečných prvků v programu FEMM. Práce se věnuje také vyložení základního principu funkce stejnosměrného elektromagnetu a rozboru praktického návrhu z hlediska vlivu volby poměrných rozměrů na hmotnost, cenu a statickou tahovou charakteristiku elektromagnetu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to provide an overview of the control electromagnets, implementation of design of DC cylindrical electromagnet, numerical calculation of static force characteristics and optimization of the proposal made. Numerical calculations of distribution of the magnetic field and the static force characteristics are performed by finite element method program FEMM. The thesis also focuses on explaining the basic operating principle of DC electromagnet and analysis of practical design choices in terms of impact of the relative dimensions on weight, cost and static force characteristics of electromagnet. |
