| Abstract: | Celiakie je onemocnění autoimunitního charakteru, které se projevuje celoživotní nesnášenlivostí lepku. K prokázanému zlepšení dochází při poctivém dodržování bezlepkové diety, na kterou se soustředím v teoretické části bakalářské práce. Jakékoliv chronické onemocnění je pro jedince i jeho rodinu zatěžující životní okolností a potřebují o něm získat mnoho informací. Práce je proto zaměřená na všeobecné poznatky o chorobě, výskytu, diagnostice a především léčbě. Kvalitní edukace klienta a rodiny je základem pro perfektní orientaci v onemocnění. Teoretická část mé práce obsahuje informace o kvalitě podávaných informací a přístupu rodin k celiakii. V závěru jsem hlavní body této problematiky shrnula do stručného edukačního materiálu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder, which is reflected by lifelong intolerance to gluten. The proven improvement occurs when improving compliance to gluten-free diet, to which I will focus on in the theoretical part of the thesis. Any chronic illness is stressful for the individual and his family life and one needs to get a lot of information about their disease . Therefore is thesis focused on general knowledge about disease incidence, diagnosis and treatment in particular. Quality education of clients and their families is the basis for perfect orientation in the disease. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about the quality of the information and access to it for families with celiac disease. In conclusion, I have summarized the main points of this issue in a brief educational material. |
