Abstract: Příspěvek se zabývá plánováním kvality produktu. V návaznosti na proces vývoje výrobku jsou prezentovány používané nástroje plánování kvality. U nástrojů plánování kvality jsou stručně uvedené jejich základní charakteristiky, doporučený způsob nasazení. Dále je u vybraných nástrojů plánování kvality provedeno zhodnocení praktické použitelnosti a to jednak z pohledu teoretické analýzy (výuky), tak i praktického pohledu z reálných zkušeností dodavatele komponent v automobilovém průmyslu.
Abstract in different language: The contribution deals with the product quality planning. In relationship to the product development process used quality planning tools are presented. The basic characteristics and recommended way how to use of the quality planning tools are shown as the main content of the contribution. The next focus is given to the evaluation of practical usage for selected quality planning tools from the theoretical aspects and from real automotive supplier experiences also. If we are talking about QFD (Quality function deployment), the theoretical aspects of this tool is clear. But in the house of quality (representing QFD in graphical form) lot of question marks can be, f.e. if we estimate the dependence, it is complicated how strong is dependence or independence. This question can be the exercise for DOE (Design of experiments). From practical point of view the usage of this method is not so simple. In condition of automotive supplier the usage is limited. FMEA (Failure mode and effect analysis) is very good theory for teoretical teaching. Issue can be occured, if some exercise is necessary to do. Because of FMEA is strong know how of companies, it is difficult to present some real exercise. From practical point of view the FMEA is the basic and used tool for risiko establishing, evaluation and after that minimalising. If we are discussing MSA (Measurement systems analysis), we can make simply conclusion, that from theoretical point of view is very easy to teach and exercise this method. From praxis we also dont have issue, results are very good interpretated and benefits are also very good visible and known. SPC (Statistic process control) is good method for theoretical introduction and with exercising are not issues. Lot of examples are described in lot of publications. The quite same opinion is under real condition. But there can be issues connected with statistical background. Discussing DOE (Design of experiment) the conclusion is that method is very interesting for education, because lot of methods, statistical procedures can be followed. The situation is different from praxis. There is the usage quite limited, but no real reason exist. Sampling with usage PPAP or VDA 2 method is not possible to teach, but the in the praxis the tool is high requested and used.
