| Abstract: | Práce popisuje proces tvorby strategie podniku včetně vybraných běžně používaných metod jako např. SWOT analýza nebo Balanced Scorecard a strategické mapy. Dále seznamuje s postupy projektového řízení, které lze využít při naplňování strategických cílů. V praktické části je navržen model strategického řízení malých a středně velkých společností. V závěrečné části (kap. 6) je testována možnost usnadnění strategického řízení využitím aplikace IBM Connections, protože Focal Point nebylo možné z důvodu změny poskytovatele použít. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis describes the process of developing strategy of a company. It also describes some commonly used methods of strategic management, e.g. SWOT analysis or Balanced Scorecard and strategy maps. Another part presents methods, which could be used in project management as well as during the procedure of achieving strategic goals. A model for strategic management of small and medium sized companies is developed in the practical part. The possibility of using the application IBM Connections in order to facilitate strategy management is tested in the final part (chapter 6) of the thesis. Focal Point could not be used because of the change of provider. |
