| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je popsat pozici exekuce v českém právním řádu a srovnání právní úpravy exekuce v České republice se Slovenskou právní úpravou. Název práce je Občanskoprávní exekuce v České republice. Práce je systematicky členěna do několika částí. První části práce jsou věnovány obecné charakteristice exekuce v českém právním řádu. Nastiňují historický vývoj exekuce a popisují základní terminologii exekuce. Zhruba v polovině textu se můžeme dočíst o aktuální problematice exekuce v českém právním řádu. Poslední řádky jsou zaměřeny na srovnání české a slovenské právní úpravy exekuce, se snahou zjistit, který právní předpis je v jednotlivých bodech lepší a proč. |
| Abstract in different language: | The object of this diploma thesis is to describe the status of the execution in the czech legal order and comparison this legal regulations with legal orders in Slovakia. The name of this thesis is Civil execution in the Czech Republic. The work is systematically divided into several parts. The first parts of the work are devoted to a general characterization of the execution in the czech legal order. The thesis outlines the historical developmnet of execution and describes the basic terminology execution. Roughly half of the text we can read about the current issue of execution in Czech legal order. The final lines are focused on the comparison of Czech and Slovak legal regulation execution, with efforts to find which legal regulation is in individual points better and why. |
