| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou autorského práva v oblasti filmu a audiovize. Důraz je kladen na určování autorství, které je analyzováno z různých úhlů pohledu. Práce také nastiňuje historický vývoj a srovnává rozdílný pohled na tuto problematiku v různých právních kultur a států. Velká míra důrazu je též věnována prakticko - ekonomickým otázkám s důrazem na realitu v dané oblasti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused in the issue of authorship in the film and audio-visual Art. The main topic of this thesis is the problematics of identifying authors of film and authors of works used in audio-visuals works in various stages of historic development and different jurisdictions. It also provides clarification of terminology. It also gives overview to actual reality status. |
