| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje vývoj legislativního procesu Evropské unie. Autor se v ní zaměřil na komplexní analýzu a vývoj regulace vytváření právních předpisů sekundární legislativy aktuálně nejdůležitější a nejmocnější instituce Starého kontinentu. Práce je obohacena o některé poznatky a myšlenky nabyté během stáže v Bruselu, kde autor pracoval právě s legislativním procesem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this thesis is the development of the legislative procedure of the European Union. The author hereby aims to provide a complex summary of the rules related to decision-making and creation of the legal regulations and framework of the currently most important and powerful institution on the Old Continent, whereas under the gathered knowledge and specific experience gained by the author during his internship at the bodies of this institution, the author would like to provide his opinion in this respect. |
