| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu, zhodnocení a inovaci systému vnitropodnikových směrnic společnosti SERW, spol. s r. o. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První je ryze teoretická, přičemž se zabývá legislativními normami, které upravují účetnictví podnikatelů v České republice, ze kterých vychází tvorba vnitropodnikových předpisů, poté je vysvětlen význam samotných směrnic. Část praktická je druhou částí práce a je v ní představena společnost SERW, spol. s r. o. z pohledu hlavní činnosti, organizační, majetkové a kapitálové struktury. Následně je provedena analýza a zhodnocení stávajícího systému vnitropodnikových směrnic a na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na úpravu, doplnění či inovaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis, evaluation and innovation of the internal guideline system of the company SERW Ltd. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is entirely theoretical, discussing the legislative norms regulating the accounting of businessmen in the Czech Republic, which is the base for internal guidelines regulation. It is followed by the explanation of the general meaning of guidelines. The second part of this thesis is practical in which SERW Ltd. is introduced from the point of view of business core, organizational, financial and capital structure. Subsequently, an analysis and evaluation of the current internal guideline system is accomplished and on the basis of the discovered deficiencies, there is described a set of recommendations and suggestions for improvement, completion and innovation. |
