| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením a hodnocením výkonnosti příspěvkových organizací. Cílem je objasnění hospodaření vybrané příspěvkové organizace, kritické zhodnocení její činnosti a doporučení návrhů na zlepšení situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části nejprve autorka objasňuje existenci neziskového sektoru a jeho odlišnosti od sektoru ziskového. Dále jsou určeny zdroje neziskových organizací a způsoby, jakými zejména příspěvkové organizace tyto zdroje získávají. V poslední části je popsán způsob měření výkonnosti neziskové organizace. Praktická část kriticky hodnotí hospodaření Základní umělecké školy Stod v letech 2008 až 2013 a současný stav organizace. Hospodaření je analyzováno pomocí vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy a jednoduché SWOT analýzy. Práci autorka zakončuje shrnutím zjištěných nedostatků v hospodaření organizace a navrhuje opatření, která by tyto nedostatky v budoucnu vyřešila. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the measurement and evaluation of the performance of governmental organizations. The aim is to clarify the management of a non-profit organization, critical evaluation of its activities and recommendations to improve the situation. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the author first explains the existence of the non-profit sector and its differences from the profit sector. Further resources of the non-profit organizations and the ways in which particular contributory organizations acquire these resources are also covered. The last section describes how the performance of a non-profit organization is measured. The practical part critically evaluates the management of Stod Elementary Art School from 2008 to 2013 and the current state of the organization. The management is analyzed using selected indicators of financial analysis and a simple SWOT analysis. At the end of this thesis, the author summarizes the identified shortcomings in the management of the organization and proposes measures for these shortcomings to be solved in the future. |
