| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou situaci společnosti VETO CZ s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti. V práci je propojena teoretická část s částí praktickou. Nejprve je charakterizována společnost VETO CZ. Následně je stručně analyzováno okolí podniku, kde je pro praktickou část využito těch sektorů okolí podniku, které mají nejpodstatnější vliv na chod společnosti VETO CZ. Dále se práce věnuje finanční analýze, která je provedena za pomoci horizontální analýzy, vertikální analýzy a analýzy poměrových ukazatelů v rozmezí let 2009 až 2013. Předposlední kapitola je věnována SWOT analýze společnosti VETO CZ. Poslední kapitola vychází z kapitol předchozích a je zaměřena na návrhy, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti VETO CZ. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate an economic situation of VETO CZ Ltd. company and propose measures which would lead to improvement of the economic situation of the company. In this thesis there is a practical part with a theoretical part connected. At the beggining there is the company VETO CZ characterized. Then a business environment analyzed and the most significant sectors which influence the company are used for further analysis. In the middle of this thesis there is financial analysis mentioned which is focused on horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and financial ratios analysis during the period 2009 to 2013. In the penultimate chapter there is SWOT analysis of the company VETO CZ described. The last chapter of this thesis builds on the previous chapters and focuses on proposals which would improve the economic situation of the company. |
