| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Hlavními cíli práce jsou zhodnocení vlivů okolí na konkrétní podnik a doporučení opatření pro úpravy strategie. První část práce je teoreticky zaměřena. Je zde vysvětleno okolí podniku a jeho jednotlivé prvky, které působí na podnik. Dále jsou zde podrobně popsány strategické analýzy okolí podniku. Druhá část je věnována charakteristice zvoleného podniku, konkrétně společnosti Beton Union Plzeň s.r.o. Následující kapitoly se zaměřují na okolí zkoumaného podniku. V těchto kapitolách jsou pomocí strategických analýz popisovány jednotlivé faktory mající určitý vliv na podnik a v závěru každé kapitoly je provedeno zhodnocení těchto faktorů. Poslední část práce obsahuje zhodnocení vlivů okolí pomocí SWOT analýzy a návrhy opatření pro další strategii firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is The influence of surroundings on a specific company. The main intentions of this work are to evaluate the effects of surroundings on a specific company and to recommend disposals for its strategy treatment. The first part of the work is theoretical. Surroundings of the company and its particular elements that influence the company are explained in this part. Further, the bachelor thesis deals with the description of strategic analysis of the company's surroundings. The second part focuses on characteristic of the selected company, namely Beton Union Plzeň s.r.o. The following chapters pay attention to surroundings of a specific company. Moreover, these chapters also include strategic analysis and assessment of the factors that affect the company. The last part includes evaluation of the influential factors based on the SWOT analysis and it also suggests measures for the further company´s strategy. |
