Abstract: Práce se zabývá vymezením pojmu struktury osobnosti, jejím utvářením a jejími určujícími determinanty chování. Dále rozebírá životopis Alfreda Adlera, a jeho teorii individuální psychologie osobnosti. V rámci komparace jeho teorie, práce obsahuje přehled psychologických teorií různých psychologů Cílem této práce je porovnat tyto teorie s teorií Alfreda Adlera.
Abstract in different language: The work deals with the definition of the concept of personality structure, its formation and its determinants determinants of behavior. Further analyzes biography of Alfred Adler and his theory of individual psychology of personality. In comparison to his theory, the work provides an overview of various psychological theories of psychologists aim of this study is to compare these theories with theories of Alfred Adler.
