| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá právem na secesi. V práci je představena teorie secese, konkrétně remediální teorie, teorie národního sebeurčení a plebiscitní teorie. Zároveň práce na začátku vysvětluje pojmy secese a sebeurčení. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce vysvětluje teorie a stanovuje jejich kritéria. Vybraná kritéria v praktické části používá, aby zjistila zda má Skotsko a Katalánsko právo na secesi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the right of secession. In this paper are presented theories of secession, remedial theory, theory of self-determination and plebiscitary theory. This paper also explains terms like secession and self-determination. In each chapter, the author explains theories and determines its criterions. Chosen criterions are used in practical part for case of Scotland and Catalonia. |
