| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o čarodějnicích a kouzelnících v dětské literatuře pocházející z anglických zemí. Hlavní část práce vychází z historického základu čarodějnictví a následně se soustředí na magické postavy, vystupující v pohádkách a příbězích. Cílem diplomové práce bylo na základě kritérií stanovit typy čarodějnic a čarodějů vystupujících v dětské literatuře. Postavy, na jejichž základě byla provedena analýza, byly vybrány ze čtyř populárních dětských knih. Výsledkem je rozdělení čarodějnic a kouzelníků do tří kategorií, z nichž každá je definována svými charakteristickými rysy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the witches and wizards in children's literature from English countries. The main part of the work is based on the historical background of witchcraft and then focuses on the magical characters, appearing in fairy tales and stories. The aim of this thesis was based on the criteria to determine the types of witches and wizards act in children's literature. Analyzed characters were selected from four popular children's books. The result is a division of witches and wizards into three categories, each of which is defined by its characteristic features. |
