| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s monstrózní obezitou. Teoretická část je věnována popisu obezity, jejích komplikací a možnostech prevence a léčby. Dále je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči, pomůcky pro obézní a na rizika spojená s ošetřováním monstrózně obézních pacientů. Praktická část poskytuje informace o subjektivních pocitech obézních pacientů během hospitalizace a zkušenostech zdravotnických pracovníků souvisejících s poskytováním ošetřovatelské péče těmto pacientům. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis presents some problems of the nursing care for the patients with monstrous obesity. The theoretical part gives the description of obesity, its complications, possibilities of the obesity prevention and treatement. It is focus on the nursing care, utensils for the obese patients and risks joint the treatement of monstrous obese people. The practical part involves the information about the obese patients´subjective feeling during the hospitalization and the health workers´experience resulted from the obesity treatement. |
