| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je vývoj léčby fibrilace síní. Práce je psána v historicko srovnávacím formátu a objasňuje vývoj různých metod léčby této srdeční arytmie a sleduje její rozvoj od středověku po současnost. Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj medikamentózní léčby, vývoj druhů metod léčby. Dále je uveden stručný popis anatomie a fyziologie srdce. Součástí práce je i defefinice fibrilace síní, epidemiologie, patogeneze a patofyziologie této arytmie. Zohledněny jsou také rizikové faktory fibrilace síní. Nedílnou součástí této práce jsou popsány úlohy všeobecné sestry, které musí bezpodminečně a bezchybně ovládat při péči o pacienta s diagnózou fibrilace síní. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this study is development of atrial fibrillation treatment. This study is written in historical-comparative format, and explains development of various methods of treatment of this cardiac arrhythmia, following the development from the Middle Ages to the present day. The study describes development of medical treatment, development of methods of treatment. It also presents a brief description of heart anatomy and physiology. The part of this study is definition of atrial fibrillation, epidemiology, pathogenesis and pathophysiology of this arrhytmia. Risk factors for atrial fibrillation are also taken into account. An integral part of this study is description of tasks of general nurse, who has to indispensably and perfectly manage the care of the patient with atrial fibrillation diagnosis. |
