| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o dva pacienty s chronickým defektem a jejich každodenními problémy. Teoretická část je věnována chronickému defektu, jeho hodnocení a léčbě. V praktické části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces u dvou vybraných pacientů léčených metodou negativního podtlaku. Zmíněna jsou specifika péče o ránu, popis rány, zmapovány jsou nejčastější ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Nezbytnou součástí je také oblast edukace nemocných, která je doložena v závěru práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelors work deals with the healt care for two patients with chronical defects and with their everyday problems.Theoretical part is about description and treatment of the chronical defect. In the practical part the nursing process of two selected patients, who are treated with the method of negative vakuum is described.I mention specifics of the wound treatment, description of the wound and the most frequent diagnosis are mapped.The necessary conect is also education of the sick which is included in the end of the work. |
