| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je život s roztroušenou sklerózou. V teoretické části je popisována charakteristika nemoci,její diagnostika,léčba,ošetřovatelská péče, edukace nemocného, lázeňská léčba, sociálni problematika a členství v organizaci Roska. Praktická část je zaměřena na kazuistiku dvou mužů, kteří s touto nemocí žijí přes dvacet let, ale mají odlišný přístup k nemoci a životu celkově.Součástí práce je vytvoření edukačních plánů, které mohou být nápomocny rodinným příslušníkům při péči o své blízké v domácím prostředí. |
| Abstract in different language: | This brief thesis is about life with multiple sclerosis. Theoretical part is dedicated to the attribute of multiple sclerosis,it´s diagnostics, treatment and nursing, tutoring of the pacient, spa treatment, social problems and membership in Roska organization. Practical part is dedicated to the case report of two men, who live with this disease over twenty years and have different approach to this disease and to the life in general. Part of this thesis deals with tutoring plans, that could help to family members with homecare. |
