| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vizuální kontroly gramofonových desek. Jsou zde popsány nejčastěji se objevující vady při výrobě gramofonových desek a software a hardware použitý při jejich detekci. Stěžejní část práce je věnována třem nejlépe detekovatelným vadám (škrták, smeť a křivost desky), pro které byly navrženy odzkoušeny detekční metody strojového vidění. Na základě získaných výsledků byly doporučeny vhodné detekční metody. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis deals with the issue of Visual inspection of vinyl records. In this master thesis there are described defects that are appearing most of the time in the manufacture of vinyl records and software with hardware used in their detection. The main (pivotal) part of the master thesis is devoted to the three best detectable defects (stitching, dimple and sag of the vinyl record).These defects have been designed and tested by machine vision detection methods. Based on the obtained results the best possible detection methods have been recommended. |
