| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena především na pasty určené pro sintrování. Tato práce se bude zabývat problematikou montáže polovodičových čipů na vodivé vrstvy keramických substrátů. Dále bude rozebrán trh vodivých sintrovacích past a popsány jejich vlastnosti a ceny. Jako poslední věc je cenová kalkulace využití jedné z metod montáže polovodičových čipů a použité pasty a porovnání s ostatními pastami a metodami. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is primarily focused on pastes designed for sintering. This paper will deal with mounting semiconductor chips on a conductive layer ceramic substrates. Market of sintering conductive pastes will be analyzed and there will be description of their features and prices. As the last thing is pricing the use of a method of assembly of semiconductor chips and used paste and compared with other pastes and methods. |
