| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vodivé pasty určené k tisku na keramické substráty. Je zde uvedeno základní rozdělení druhů keramických substrátů, zpracován přehled vodivých past od různých výrobců a jejich následné porovnání z hlediska odporu, tloušťky, rozlišení, viskozity, času spotřeby a ceny. Dále je zde popsána problematika tisku vodivých past na keramické substráty. V praktické části jsou vybrané pasty otestovány z hlediska jejich odporu. Následně je ověřena závislost odporu na čtverec u motivů různé šířky a různého rozsahu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on conductive pastes used for printing on ceramic substrates. The thesis includes description of basic types of ceramic substrates, summary of conductive pastes from different producers and their comparison in terms of resistivity, thickness, printing resolution, viscosity, shelf life and price. The thesis is also focused on issues connected with printing of conductive pastes on ceramic substrates. The practical part of this thesis is focused on testing of selected pastes in terms of their resistivity. The dependence of the square resistance is afterwards verified by motives of different width and size. |
