| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou designu služeb. Mapuje vybrané metody designu služeb a následně je aplikuje na festivalu Colours of Ostrava. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a popisuje vybrané metody designu služeb. Praktická část popisuje marketingový mix festivalu Colours of Ostrava, prezentuje výsledky marketingového výzkumu návštěvnické spokojenosti a aplikuje vybrané metody designu služeb, konkrétně mapu kontaktních míst, persony, safari službou, metodu cesty službou a service blueprint. Závěr práce je věnován doporučením, jež vyplývají z jednotlivých nástrojů designu služeb a návrhům k jejímu zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with service design. It seeks to map selected methods of service design and apply to the Colours of Ostrava festival. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines theoretical basic terms and describes the methods of design services. The practical part describes the marketing mix of Colours of Ostrava festival, presents the results of marketing research of visitor satisfaction and applies selected methods of design services, touchpoint map, personas, safari service, method customer journey and service blueprint. The conclusion is devoted to recommendations that result from the various service design tools. |
