| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma "Nákup jako součást výrobního procesu a vlivy na ekonomiku podniku" se zabývá výkladem problematiky nákupu a výroby společnosti strojírny Cheb a.s. V prvních kapitolách je charakterizována společnost od historie až po současnost, jsou uvedeny výsledky hospodaření a je popsán kompletní nákupní proces a řízení výroby. Veškerá teorie se v této práci prolíná s praxí. Další kapitola je věnována finanční analýze společnosti a vyhodnocení konkrétních ukazatelů. V závěrečné části je analyzován návrh na zefektivnění situace v podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis on the toppic "Purchase as a part of the production process and influences on the economy the firm." is focused on explaining purchasing and manufacturing of a company Cheb a.s. In the first chapters there are basic characteristics of the company throughout its history, from past to the present moment, there are also financial results and the processes of purchasing and product management. All the theory in this thesis is connected to practice but the difference between them is also described. Another chapter is concerned with financial analysis of the company and its specific markers. In the last part a more efficient model for the company is proposed. |
