| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením ekonomické situace společnosti IMONT, spol. s r.o. v letech 2010 až 2014. Na začátku se práce věnuje teoretickému vstupu do finanční analýzy. Druhá kapitola představuje společnost IMONT, spol. s r. o., její historii, předmět podnikání a organizační strukturu. Následně je analyzováno mikro a makrookolí společnosti za využití PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil. Ve třetí kapitole je vypracována finanční analýza této společnosti v jednotlivých sledovaných letech za využití vertikální a horizontální analýzy a analýzy rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Následující kapitola se zabývá celkovým zhodnocením ekonomické situace podniku. Pátá kapitola se věnuje SWOT analýze daného podniku. V poslední šesté kapitole jsou představeny návrhy, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the economic situation of IMONT, spol. s r. o. in the period between years 2010 and 2014. At the beginning of the thesis the financial analysis is teoretically explained. In the second chapter the company IMONT spol. s r.o., its history, organizational structure and its activities are presented. Then the business environment of the company is analysed using PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model. The third chapter is focused on the financial analysis of the company across the years. The vertical analysis, the horizontal analysis and the analysis of ratio indicators is used here. The aim of the next chapter is to evaluate the whole economic situation of the company. The fifth part of the thesis deals with SWOT analysis of the company. The last chapter presents proposals how to improve the company's economic situation. |
