| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Dlouhodobá péče o lidi s duševním handicapem" se zabývá analýzou nákladů a výnosů na dlouhodobou péči podle jejích typů a poskytovatelů. Cílem této práce je porovnání dlouhodobé péče při využití služeb asistenta sociální péče a při umístění osob s duševním a mentálním handicapem do domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a domova se zvláštním režimem. V práci jsou porovnáváni tři vybraní poskytovatelé těchto služeb. Následně jsou vytvořeny modely asistentů sociální péče, které vychází z odhadů nákladů a výnosů. V závěru práce jsou varianty, kdy péče je poskytovaná prostřednictvím poskytovatelů sociálních pobytových služeb a prostřednictvím asistenta sociální péče, porovnány z různých pohledů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis "Long - term care for people with intellectual and mental disabilities" deals with analysis of costs and benefits depending on the type of care and service providers. The aim of this thesis is to compare the long-term care provided by an assistant of social care, by an operator of a rest home with special regime and by a facility for people with disabilities. The thesis compares three different providers of these social services. Thereafter, models of assistant of social care which are based on estimated costs and benefits are formed. At the end of the thesis, the care provided by the assistant of social care and by the operator of the facilities for social services are compared from many different angles. |
