dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj institutu státního občanství v kontextu historie vzniku českého státu. Úvodní kapitoly popisují obecně pojem státního občanství, bipolitismus, apatrismus a euroobčanství. Následující část obsahuje teoretický popis jednotlivých etap státního občanství, včetně možností jeho nabývání a pozbývání. Poslední část práce, část praktická, se věnuje analýze a komparaci jednotlivých etap státního občanství a komparaci české právní úpravy de lege lata s německou právní úpravou de lege lata.cs

The first chapters describe general term of the citizenship, dual (multiple) citizenship, stateless and the citizenship of the European Union.
