| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Etika úředního jednání, která je nezbytnou součástí veřejné správy a je chápana jako aplikace morálních standardů v činnostech veřejné správy. Práce objasňuje základní pojmy veřejné správy, její organizaci, druhy a výkon, dále také pojednává o vztahu občana k veřejné správě. Kapitoly se zabývají pojmy etika a profesní etika, vztahem a rozdíly mezi etikou, morálkou a právem. V práci je popsán také etický profil zaměstnance, tedy hlavní vlastnosti úředníka a předpoklady, které by měl splňovat pro výkon veřejné správy. Práce se zaměřuje také na etické kodexy v České republice a jejich vztah k zákonům. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theme of this thesis is the ethics of official action, which is an essential part of public administration and is understood as an application of moral standards in public administration. Work explains the basic concepts of public administration, its organization, types and performance, and also discusses the relationship of the citizen to public administration. Further chapters deal with the concepts of ethics and professional ethics, the relationship and differences between ethics, morals and law. The paper also describes the ethical profile of employees, the main features of official and assumptions that should meet for public administration. Work also focuses on ethical codes in the Czech Republic and their relationship to the law. |
