| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá herními činnosti jednotlivce, podrobně rozebírá podání a útočný úder, dále průpravné a herní cvičení. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu a realizace průpravných a herních cvičení pro zdokonalení útočného úderu a podání ve volejbale pro studenty zaměřené na tělesnou výchovu na pedagogické fakultě v Plzni. Cvičení jsou znázorněna především fotografiemi a jejich návrh byl zaměřen tak, aby studentům pomohl při závěrečném plnění zápočtových požadavků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals not only with the individual game activities but also analyzes the serve and the attack into the detail. Moreover, it describes the training and game exercises. The practical part is dedicated to the proposal and implementation of the training and game exercises to improve the attack and serve in volleyball of students studying the physical education at the Faculty of Education of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The exercises are primarily illustrated and demonstrated on the photographs to show and help the involved students during the final examination's fulfillment. |
