| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematiku posilování adolescentů. Cílem bylo vytvoření materiálu obsahujícího ucelené informace o problematice posilování se zaměřením na posilování adolescentů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o specifických aspektech posilování v tomto věku, doporučení pro praxi trenérů ve fitness centrech a seznamuje s řešenou problematikou. V praktické části jsou navrženy a vysvětleny příklady specifických tréninkových plánů pro tuto věkovou kategorii. Pomocí tabulek a grafů jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu řešeného metodu dotaznníkového šetření týkajícího se vlastního posilování konkrétních dotazovaných adolescentů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on topic of workouts of adolescents. The aim was to create a material containing comprehensive information on the issue of workouts with the focus on workouts of adolescents. The theoretical part contains information on specific aspects of workouts at this age, recommendations for trainers' practice in fitness centers and acquaints with the problem as a whole. In the practical part there are explained specific training plans designed for this age group. The practical part also contains tables and graphs evaluating research, using the method of questionnaires, concerning the workouts of each individual surveyed adolescent. |
