| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a realizaci průpravných a herních cvičení pro zdokonalení volejbalových dovedností, konkrétně odbití obouruč vrchem a odbití obouruč spodem. V úvodu je nastíněn problém s nesprávným technickým provedením základních volejbalových odbití. Další kapitoly pojednávají o správné technice těchto odbití a chybách vysledovaných při jejich provádění. Poslední kapitoly jsou věnovány metodice nácviku herních činností jednotlivce. V praktické části jsem na základě analýzy odborných publikací provedla návrh průpravných a herních cvičení, která jsem následně realizovala se studenty. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal and implementation of preparatory and gaming exercises for improvement of the volleyball skills - especially overhand pass, where it is handled with the fingertips above the head (like a set) and forearm pass (bump), where the ball touches the inside part of the joined forearms. In the introduction, there is outlined the problem related to the incorrect technical performance of basic volleyball passes. Other chapters deal with the correct technique of the above mentioned passes themselves and also with the errors observed from their implementation. The last chapters are devoted to the training methodology of individual game activities. In the practical part, I have suggested the proposals for the preparatory and gaming exercises based on an analysis of professional publications. Afterwards, I have carried them out with the selected students. |
