| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na výskyt cerkárií u plovatky bahenní (Lymnaea stagnalis) na Kařezských rybnících u Zbiroha. Sběr plovatky bahenní probíhal od konce června do konce září v roce 2014 a od července do poloviny září v roce 2015. Dohromady bylo sebráno 473 kusů plovatky bahenní. Infikováno cerkáriemi bylo 77 jedinců. Celkově byly nalezeny 4 druhy cerkárií. Nalezené druhy cerkárií jsou stručně popsány a vyfotografovány. Součástí práce je rešerše, která se zabývá výskytem cerkárií ve střední Evropě. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the occurrence of cercariae in Lymnaea stagnalis in Kařezské ponds near Zbiroh. L. stagnalis were collected from the end of June 2014 to the end of September in 2014 and from July to the middle of September in 2015. In total, 473 specimens of L. stagnalis were collected. Of them, 77 specimens were infected by cercariae. Four species of cercariae were determined. Observed species of cercariae are shortly characterized and photographed. The work includes research that charts the occurence of cercariae in the Central Europe. |
