| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá stanovením kalprotektinu jakožto markeru autoimunitních onemocnění gastrointestinálního traktu. V teoretické části je přiblížena problematika autoimunitních onemocnění, jejich dělení a patogeneze. Dále jsou rozebrána jednotlivá onemocnění trávicího traktu. Na závěr se věnujeme popisu kalprotektinu. V praktické části jsou porovnávány odlišné metody extrakce vzorků a odlišné metody stanovení koncentrace kalprotektinu ve stolici. Jednotlivé kombinace metod jsou hodnoceny z hlediska vhodnosti pro rutinní zavedení v laboratoři. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work discusses about the determination of calprotectin as a marker of autoimmune diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. The theoretical part focuses on the proposed autoimmune diseases, their separation and pathogenesis. There are also analyzed the various diseases of the digestive tract. In conclusion, we describe calprotectin. In the practical part are compared different extraction methods and different sampling methods to determine the concentration of calprotectin in the stool. Individual combination of methods are evaluated in terms of suitability for routine implementation in the laboratory. |
