| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím metody Mckenzie u vertebrogenních pacientů a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku Mckenzie metody, poznatky o bolesti, diferenciální diagnostiku vertebrogenních onemocnění. Dále popisuje prevenci a terapii vertebrogenních obtíží. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem ve formě tří kazuistik pacientů ve věku od 29 do 57 let, u kterých bylo sledováno především snížení a centralizace bolesti. Ze zhodnocení výsledku je patrné, že Mckenzie metoda nabízí nejen úlevu od bolesti v krátkém časovém úseku, ale i velmi efektivní diagnostiku vertebrogenních onemocnění. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis deals with Mckenzie's method in vertebrogenic patients and is divided in theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part includes the characteristic of Mckenzie´s method, knowledge about pain and differential diagnosis of vertebrogenic illness. It also describes prevention and therapy of vertebrogenic difficulties. The practical part is made of qualitative research in form of three case reports of patients in the age from 29 to 57, in which lowering and centralization of the pain was the main cause of observation. From the evaluation of the results it is clear that Mckenzie´s method offers not only a pain relief in a short amount of time but also a very effective diagnosis of vertebrogenic illness. |
