| Abstract: | V této diplomové práci se zabývám tématem průpravných her pro rozvoj specifických motorických schopností u dětí. Cílem mé práce bylo vytvořit zásobník průpravných her pro rozvoj pohybových schopností, jako jsou síla, rychlost a vytrvalost, který by měl sloužit ke zpestření tréninků a zatraktivnění bojového umění karate. Tato práce může sloužit jako inspirace trenérům. Teoretická část práce poskytuje informace o historii karate od Číny až po současnost a dále zahrnuje důležité poznatky o druhu tréninků používaných v karate. Současně práce charakterizuje dětské období mladšího školního věku a zabývá se rozvojem dětí od fyzické až po psychickou stránku. Dále práce nabízí teoretický rámec pohybových schopností a organizace průpravných her. Praktická část pak obsahuje seznam průpravných her s jejich popisem, doporučeními z praxe a hodnocením oblíbenosti u cvičenců. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is dedicated to the topic of the games suitable for development of the specific motoric abilities of children. The goal of this thesis was to create a list of the games for development of the abilities such as strength, speed, and endurance that should improve quality of the trainings and attractiveness of the martial art karate. This thesis can serve as an inspiration for trainers of karate. The theoretical part contains information about history of the karate from the ancient China age until nowadays and furthermore includes important insights about types of exercises in the karate. Alongside, the thesis characterizes primary school children and specifies development of the children in terms of their body and psychology. The work further offers the theoretical foundations of motoric abilities and the games. The practical part of the thesis then contains the list of the games suitable for primary school children with description of the games, recommendations from practice, and evaluation of their likeability expressed by the children. |
