| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Život pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou" se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou Crohnovy choroby, příznaky, diagnostikou, léčbou a onemocněním z pohledu psychosomatiky. V další kapitole je rozebrána problematika stresu, jeho mechanismy a vliv na lidský organismus, především na gastrointestinální trakt. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na prezentaci kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí dotazníku, složeného ze dvou částí. V první části se zabývá úrovní aktivity onemocnění, v druhé je zjišťována úroveň stresu respondentů. Toto šetření probíhalo po dobu tří měsíců u 53 respondentů. Dotazníky byly respondentům předkládány jedenkrát měsíčně. V práci bylo zjištěno, že úroveň stresu souvisí s úrovní aktivity onemocnění, přesněji pokud se zvyšuje stres, zvyšuje se i aktivita onemocnění. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Master thesis "Lifetime of Cron's disease patients" is compoused in theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part is medical definition of Cron's disease, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of disease from the psychosomatic perspective. Next part is about issue of stress, mechanism of stress and impact of stress on human body, especially on gastrointestinal tract. The practical part is focused on the presenatation of quantitative research. This part is processed by using questionnaire with two parts. The first one is about level of disease aktivity and the second one is about the stress level of respondents. This survey was conducting for three months and fifty three respondents was participating. The questionnares was filled by respodnets once a month. In this work it was found that the stress level related to the level of disease activity, specifically when the stress increases, it increases the aktivity of the dinase. |
